Owner/Founder of Triadic Consulting Group LLC.

Ms. Kimberly Grant, graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University and was a former Scholarship Athlete. After graduation, she became a Marketing Executive in the Pharmaceutical and Technology industries in New York City on Wall St. Running and developing full scale project solutions and Implementing Marketing strategies to increase company exposure and profitability. Ms. Grant always had a passion to own her own business and venture into Entrepreneurship which was the perfect segway into her becoming an entrepreneurial real estate investor and developer.

Ms. Grant became the owner and Founder of Triadic Consulting Group with over 18 years of Design Construction for both Residential and Commercial properties. She is a licensed GC and Licensed Real Estate agent and Certified Interior Designer. She began Investing in Multi families 2015 with full scale design and construction. She handled all responsibilities for researching, acquiring financing, closing. She was responsible for full design, project management to operations. Kimberly’s role is to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Prior to developing Triadic Consulting Group, Ms. Grant was Owner and President of Cheeks Boutique a Full-Service High End Interior Design and Clothing company. In these various roles she has been responsible for the full-scale implementation of the property design, operations and construction. She oversaw operations for 7 properties within both commercial and Residential markets. Ms. Grant has extensive experience in hiring and managing a full Construction Team.

Kimberly’s main objective is to secure and scale her Commercial Real Estate Investing Business through strategic partnerships and alliances and to expand into other markets.

Kimberly is experienced in hiring and Managing a Construction Team. Kimberly’s main objective is assuring full function of the space. Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors. Develop full spectrum construction projects with architect, engineers, and trade workers in order to manage materials and equipment.

Yan Pan is an entrepreneur with ten years of experience in the real estate industry across acquisitions, capital markets, development and operations for different asset classes in US and China.

Prior to Triadic Consulting, Yan worked for Soho Properties in New York City from 2018. She was heavily involved in refinancing of $200 million inventory loan for a ground up condominium development at 45 Park Place, NY. The building is 170k square feet at total cost of $350 million. She also worked on private placement for a ground up hotel development at 560 7th Ave, NY. This new hotel sits in the heart of Time Square with 101k square feet at a total cost of $300 million. Besides these two high profile projects she worked on, she also led and closed an acquisition for a mixed-use income producing asset in Tarrytown, NY. She was leading the process of underwriting, market research, conduct due diligence, debt financing, investors equity closing, legal document review, closing and asset management.

She is also an entrepreneurial real estate developer. Prior to Soho Properties, she completed a multi-family rehab project in Jersey City, NJ. She handled all responsibilities for researching, underwriting, acquiring, financing, closing, design, project management to operating.
