Our expertise includes every stage of a building’s construction process, and vetting and hiring the best construction team for the project including:

• Design team selection; planning and design; budgeting and pre-construction services; scheduling; cost and life-cycle analysis; procurement of permits and approvals; contractor bid, selection, and negotiation; project closeout; and, insure LEED commissioning. Our staff has proven their expertise at the highest levels of their respective disciplines.
• One of the specific tools we use to ensure quality while minimizing risk is through the detailed specific document list of processes and procedures. With every project in our portfolio, we assess how we can better design and execute our projects going forward. Upon project completion, we update the Triadic Standards document accordingly to ensure we apply those new standards to future projects. We take great pride in knowing that our disciplined design and construction are complete.
