Triadic Consulting Group is a fully integrated real estate investment company located in Jersey City, NJ. TCG specialize in the acquisition and renovation of Commercial & Multi-family assets. Our Team is comprised of over 18 years of Experience in the real estate and design construction.

Our strategy involves targeting properties that offer a strong balance of current cash flow and future appreciation. We seek to increase cash flow and maximize returns by improving physical conditions of the assets as well as improving and implementing cost saving mechanisms. We are targeting Essex County, Detroit and Charlotte areas with plans to expand into other major markets nationally in the near term.

TCG has brought together a Creative Design Construction team, to secure the best projects and Profits. We are seeking funding to assist in the start up capital for acquisitions. TCG is committed to due diligence that will ensure profitability.
